- Whether you agreed to be contacted by phone call or text about your request
If you call or email us, we also receive the information you share in that call or email.
This website does not have user accounts, does not take payments, and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site (Netlify) automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this information to identify you or to market to you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your estimate request and contact you about it
- To schedule, quote, and perform flooring work you ask us to do
- To keep normal business records
- To meet legal requirements
We don't use your information for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on the form, we may call or text you at the number you gave us about your estimate request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text, or tell us at any time that you don't want calls or texts.

- With service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our web host (Netlify), which receives form submissions and checks them with automated spam filtering, and our email provider

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to your request, complete any work, and keep business and tax records the law requires. After that, we delete it.
