Estimate requests

Sending an estimate request through this website doesn't obligate you to hire us. You can decide not to go ahead at any time before you sign a contract.

Your written contract

The price, any deposit, the payment schedule, and the cancellation and refund terms for your job are written in the estimate or contract you sign. Please read them before you sign, and ask us if anything is unclear. Those written terms apply to your job.

Your right to cancel within three business days

If you sign a contract for work on your home somewhere other than our place of business, such as in your home, federal law (the FTC Cooling-Off Rule) and North Carolina law may give you the right to cancel. When this right applies, you can cancel until midnight of the third business day after you sign. Saturdays count as business days. Sundays and federal holidays do not.

When this right applies, we'll give you a written notice of cancellation with your contract that explains how to cancel. If you cancel within that time, we will refund your payment as the law requires.

Questions about your work

If you have a concern about a finished job, please contact us so we can look at it. Warranty terms for our work are in your written contract. Flooring materials may also have their own manufacturer warranty.
